When attempting to recover your crashed drive and access your lost data, be sure to do business with a highly reputable firm.
In choosing a firm, we recommend the following:
1. ALWAYS insist on references, from customers you can speak to personally
2. Make sure the company commits in writing as to what it guarantees, and your recourse should you ultimately not feel satisfied with the service you receive
3. Compare prices and service at 3-4 providers before making your purchase decision
